Inconsistent snow conditions!!! Long lift lines left us frustrated!!! Outdated facilities made it feel less appealing!!! Poorly designed parking facilities added to our inconvenience!!!

We loved everything about our stay, especially the
mountain scenery that took our breath away. The ski experience was exceptional with no crowds. However, we faced a little challenge getting our breakfast early due to the rush, but the food was delightful nonetheless.

We really appreciated the unique isolation of the Village Center. The amenities on-site, including restaurants and shops, were convenient. The staff offered exceptional service. they were incredibly polite and eager to help. One standout was Danielle, who assisted me in retrieving my lost skis and updated me throughout the process. The breakfast buffet provided a wide array of delicious options like omelets and biscuits. However, I noticed long wait times for breakfast seating. We spent 30 minutes in line, even with many empty tables available. The rooms were comfortable, but a pull-down bed in our studio could be more supportive. it caused discomfort during the night. The housekeeping staff was friendly and did a great job maintaining our space. We enjoyed the lift rides that showcased beautiful views, but we would have liked more evening dining options available. Overall, the experience had both highlights and some minor setbacks that could enhance future visits.

The resort's staff was exceptionally welcoming, and the ski storage was a breeze to use. While the mountain boasts breathtaking views, the limited dining options in the evening and some disorganization with lift lines inconvenienced our experience.

Recommend it for families
The room was huge with a full kitchen,, which we weren't used to at all but it made our stay so much better. The staff was polite and even surprised us by preparing our beds while we were at dinner,, now that's what I call service!
It definitely wasn’t cheap,, but given the experience, I’d say it was acceptable.

The room's decor and spacious layout were delightful. we loved the evening turn-down service! The staff was genuinely welcoming, and the proximity to the ski lifts was perfect for quick access to the slopes.
However, the breakfast wait times could benefit from better organization to improve the overall experience.
